Yuan Zhang, Ph.D. is an experienced professional in the field of decision science and predictive analytics. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Decision Science at PenFed Credit Union, Yuan leads a team of data scientists specializing in credit card, auto loan, and personal loan domains. Prior to this role, Yuan worked at BHG Financial and Truist, where Yuan made significant contributions in developing predictive models and improving loan origination efficiency. With a background in Operations Research and Mathematics, Yuan has held various leadership roles at Bank of America and IBM Corporation.
