Gemma Happe

Gemma Happe is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Penfold since June 2023. Prior to this role, Gemma held various positions at Freetrade from December 2018 to March 2023, including Director of Operations, Head of Operations, and Head of Customer Operations. Gemma also worked at Snap Inc. from November 2017 to November 2018, where the role involved managing and leading customer operations. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Google from September 2009 to November 2017, progressing from Intern to Global Program Manager in Global Support. Gemma holds a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology and a Diploma in Industrial from the University of Greenwich, as well as education from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
