Valentina Zanelli

Valentina Zanelli is a seasoned product designer and leader with expertise in both B2C and B2B platforms. Currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Penfold, Valentina oversees the design of the consumer app and the B2B platform, leading research and design initiatives while fostering collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Valentina's previous experience includes a role as Senior Product Designer at Intropic, where responsibility was taken for the design and strategy of a risk management tool from the outset, and as Product Designer at accuRx, contributing to a prominent healthcare communication platform. Earlier positions include UX/UI Designer at Unite Students, where significant increases in customer engagement were achieved, and a Project Manager role at THE MAD BOX, overseeing the delivery of digital products. Valentina's foundational experience began with internships focusing on UX design and accessibility, supported by a Master’s Degree in Theory and Technology of Communication from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communication from Università degli Studi di Bergamo.
