Stacy Varney is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and account management across the insurance, reinsurance, and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Penguin Benefits, The Claim Lab, and Optimity, as well as President of Varney Consulting Group, LLC, Stacy focuses on helping clients achieve growth and enhance customer experiences. Notably, Stacy held the role of Head of Global Sales & Marketing at ClaimVantage and has advised multiple companies including owl.co and Clearsurance. Active in leadership development, Stacy was also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles, and contributed to the strategic direction and fundraising efforts on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish® Maine. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Southern Maine and The Wharton School.
