Marta Sala Otín's work experience begins in 2016 as an intern at DHL Parcel, where they worked at the Operations Office. In 2017, they interned at Deutsche Post in Corporate Development, focusing on Strategic Planning and Performance Management. That same year, they joined DHL Supply Chain, working in Controlling. In 2019, Marta became a Digital Account Executive at McCann (MRM) and later joined Ogilvy in a similar role, where they managed Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and was responsible for website management, content creation, project coordination, and CRM maintenance. In 2021, they became a Digital Account Executive and Social Media Manager at Klipping and an Account Executive at InboundCycle | Agencia Inbound. Their most recent position, starting in 2023, is as a Product Manager Infantil & Middle Grade at Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial.

Marta Sala Otín pursued their education starting from 2010 when they completed their A levels/Bachillerato from CASP Jesuites, Sagrat Cor de Jesús. Marta then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which they pursued from 2012 to 2017 at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. In 2016, Marta participated in the Erasmus program at Radboud University, where they studied Business Administration as well. In 2018, they enrolled at UPF Barcelona School of Management and completed their Master's degree in Digital Marketing Direction in 2019.
