Pablo Campos Giner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Pablo started their career as an intern analyst at Grupo Salvador Campos Asesores, where they gained valuable skills in data analysis. Pablo then joined Credisol, OPDF as an external consultant, where they successfully managed a project to support the company's expansion plans.

In 2011, Pablo joined Intelectium as an intern associate consultant, where they played a key role in preparing business plans and financial models for tech start-ups. Pablo'swork resulted in obtaining a significant public loan for one of the start-ups.

After that, they joined Bertelsmann Spain as a project manager as part of the Talentum Program. During their two-year tenure, Pablo worked in 4 different business units across different countries, taking on analytical roles and participating in strategic projects. One of their notable achievements was developing and coordinating the commercial plan and product launch of a dietary supplement in a direct sales subscriber-based business at Circulo de Lectores.

Pablo later joined Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, where they held various roles. Pablo started as a project manager, where they coordinated the implementation of a Rights SAP module in several South American offices. Pablo gained expertise in rights management in the publishing industry and also audited rights accounts to identify and solve any issues. Later, they transferred to the HQ finance department and served as a Controlling & Rights Management personnel, taking on increased responsibilities over time. Pablo became a data analyst for rights management and contributed to improving processes and providing insights for C-level decision making.

Throughout their work experience, Pablo demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries and roles, and their strong analytical and project management skills have been highlighted consistently.

Pablo Campos Giner began their education in 2008 when they enrolled in Esade for their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Pablo completed this program in 2012 and specialized in Business Administration and Management. In 2011, Pablo participated in an exchange program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they focused on Business Undergraduate studies for a year. Later, in 2012, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance at Esade, which they completed in 2013. Lastly, in 2017, Pablo underwent in-company training in Digital Business Strategy at ISDI.
