From 2014, Benayas has held the position of Director of Production at Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, where they are responsible for technical direction for multiple publishing labels. Prior to that, from 1990 to 2014, they were the Technical Director of Prisa Ediciones at Grupo Santillana, overseeing production and prepress for various publishing labels. In 1989, they worked as a designer for Incafo S. A., where they were responsible for designing magazines and books. Additionally, they worked for Editorial Anaya as a designer and technical producer in 1990, and at Publicaciones Técnicas Forum, S.A. as a designer for technical magazines from 1988 to 1989. Víctor Benayas obtained a Diploma in Leadership Program from Bertelsmann University from 2014 to 2015. Víctor then pursued advanced studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, earning a Diploma in Communication Sciences and Sociology from 2001 to 2003. Víctor'seducation journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Faculty of Information Sciences at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they completed from 1984 to 1989.
