Manasi has a proven track record in shaping publishing strategies, acquiring literary works, and leading successful literary divisions. Previous roles include Associate Publisher and Head of Rights, Executive Editor and Head of Literary Rights, and Senior Commissioning Editor. Manasi's earlier career includes positions at HarperCollins Publishers India and Karadi Tales Company, where notable accomplishments include establishing the children's imprint at HarperCollins and curating a diverse range of book titles. Educational credentials include advanced programs at Yale University and Stanford University, as well as degrees in literature from the University of York and University of Madras.
