Joana Santos

Joana Santos has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Joana most recently served as the Assistant Director of G&E Sales at Penha Longa Resort since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at United Investments Portugal as the Complex Sales Manager for Hyatt Regency Lisboa e Sheraton Cascais Resort from January 2022 to August 2023. Joana also held various positions at Sheraton Cascais Resort from 2015 to 2023, including Sales Manager, Groups & Events Supervisor, and Sales Executive. Earlier in their career, they worked at Vivamarinha Hotel & Suites as the Groups & Events Coordinator and Front Desk Officer from 2012 to 2015, as well as at Hotel Meliã Aldeia dos Capuchos as a Sales Executive and Guest Relations from 2011 to 2012.

Joana Santos completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management at the Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril from 2008 to 2011. Joana then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Tourism with a specialization in Event Management from the same institution from 2011 to 2013.
