Larkin O'Toole

Larkin O'Toole, CVA, has over a decade of experience in volunteer and community program management within animal welfare organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Volunteer and Community Programs at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA since December 2018, Larkin has advanced through various roles, including Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Larkin held multiple positions at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA from March 2008 to 2018, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to Customer and Retail Services Coordinator, and ultimately serving as the Volunteer and Retail Services Coordinator.
