Rebecca Schwartz

Rebecca Schwartz is an accomplished Jewish Engagement Manager at the PJCC - Peninsula Jewish Community Center, focusing on community building through programming, education, and social action since October 2022. With prior experience as Membership Engagement and Program Director at Congregation Beth Jacob, Schwartz has designed and implemented engagement strategies across demographics. Additional roles include Educator at Kevah / HaMaqom and District Leadership Manager for the URJ, where Schwartz guided leadership and community events. As Regional Director for Jewish Family Concerns at the Union for Reform Judaism, Schwartz led initiatives on health, wellness, and inclusion. Educational credentials include an MSW in Community Organizing from the University of Maryland Baltimore, an MA in Jewish History from Baltimore Hebrew University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
