Siddharth Setia

Siddharth Setia has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Siddharth most recently served as the Head of Sales, Marketing & CRM, as well as the Head of Product Design and Business Development at Peninsula Land Ltd., starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Sales Marketing at the same company from September 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Peninsula Land Ltd., Siddharth worked as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Oberoi Realty from October 2020 to September 2021. Siddharth also held various positions at Peninsula Land Ltd from 2015 to 2020, including Head of Sales Marketing, Head of S&M Strategy, and Sales Head for Pune.

Siddharth's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Advisory Consultant at IBM Global Business Services - Strategy and Transformation from March 2015 to September 2015. Siddharth was responsible for management consulting projects related to Sales & Marketing transformation. Siddharth has also held roles at Edelweiss Financial Services and STMicroelectronics.

Additionally, Siddharth has experience in an institutional equities division, equity research, sales trading, and business development activities. Siddharth also served as the Secretary of the Placement Committee at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.

Prior to that, they earned a Btech degree in Electronics and Communication from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, spanning from 2002 to 2006. In addition, Siddharth obtained a certification from the AI Business School at Microsoft in May 2019.
