Marisa Martin

Marisa Martin is a seasoned event management professional with extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor relations. Currently serving as Donor Relations Manager at Peninsula Open Space Trust since March 2022, Marisa previously worked as Event Manager/Fundraiser at Concern Worldwide, where responsibilities included overseeing events in major US cities, with significant attendance and fundraising outcomes. Additionally, Marisa operated as a self-employed event producer and consultant, most notably producing the 2018 Ethereal Summit in New York. Prior roles at Stanford University included Assistant Director of Development Events, Manager of Development Events, Development Events Assistant, and Development Assistant, where Marisa coordinated and managed numerous events and supported development initiatives. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from San Diego State University and had educational experiences at the University of Oxford.
