Rhonda Gilchrist

Rhonda Gilchrist, CIA, currently serves as Vice President of Internal Audit at Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E) since December 2020. Prior to this role, Gilchrist held the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at del Lago Resort & Casino from November 2016 to December 2020 and Vice President of Compliance at Rivers Casino from 2009 to 2016. During a decade at MTR Gaming Group, Inc. (1998 - 2009), Gilchrist managed compliance and internal audit functions, developing regulatory programs and conducting due diligence for key employees and vendors. Gilchrist earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Robert Morris University between 1995 and 1997.
