Johnathan Grzybowski

Johnathan Grzybowski is an experienced professional with a diverse background in creative direction, product development, and business management. Currently serving as the Creative Director at Weather Vane since June 2023, Grzybowski is also a Product Specialist at Penji, where since June 2017, contributions have centered on providing efficient creative solutions for marketing teams. As cofounder of Penji and host at Free Ideas, Grzybowski has fostered innovative services that empower businesses through graphic design. In addition to founding Waterfront Media, LLC, and serving as its Creative Director since June 2016, Grzybowski is a board member at Waterfront Ventures Inc., focusing on community development for startups.
