Herman N. Philhower

Herman "Woody" Philhower has extensive experience in the field of operations management, serving as Chairman and CEO of Penn Air Control, Inc. since May 1976. Additionally, Philhower has been self-employed in the role of CEO/Chairman from March 1976 to the present. Educational achievements include a degree in Test & Balance Engineer TBE, Construction Engineering Technologies from Glen Burnie High School, as well as a degree in Test & Balance Engineer TBE, HVAC from Orange Coast College.
