Kirsten Palmieri

Kirsten Palmieri is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the banking sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Human Resources Manager at Penn Community Bank since January 2016, Kirsten oversees a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compliance, and the Bank's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program. Prior to this role, Kirsten worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Assistant at First Federal of Bucks County, where responsibilities also included payroll administration, talent selection, and organizational governance. Kirsten holds a Master of Business Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics Teacher Education from Cedarville University, and is currently pursuing further education at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
