Alin Gaman

Alin Gaman has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Group Legal & Compliance Manager and Group Compliance Manager at Penn Elcom since June 2016, where responsibilities include managing compliance, legal issues, patents, and trademarks. Previously, Alin Gaman acted as Senior Legal Counsel for Primaria Municipiului Sacele, providing legal advice and representing municipal interests. Prior to that, Alin Gaman worked as an Intellectual Property Specialist at Dennemeyer, focusing on European Patent Validation. The career began with a decade-long tenure at Gaman Alin-Alexandru Law Firm as a Senior Lawyer, following positions as Associate Lawyer and Junior Lawyer at SCA EM&C BRANZAN. Alin Gaman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universitatea Ecologică din București and a high school diploma in philology from Liceul Teoretic Nichita Stanescu Ploiesti.
