Production Team

The Production Team at Penn Elcom is responsible for the efficient manufacturing of flight cases, speaker cabinet hardware, and racking solutions. Led by the Design Engineer Manager and Production Managers, the team oversees the entire production process, from design implementation to quality control. Press Setters and Production Operators work collaboratively to ensure high-quality output while adhering to safety standards and optimizing productivity in the manufacturing facility.
