Chad Cowger has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both military and civilian sectors. From August 1996 to August 1998, Chad served in the United States Air Force as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Journeyman, where responsibilities included maintaining U-2 Aircraft, supervising a staff of four, and receiving commendations such as the achievement medal for meritorious service and a NATO medal for operations related to the former Yugoslavia. Transitioning to civilian life, Chad joined PennEngineering® in August 1998, initially as Sales Manager for Atlas, before advancing to Regional Sales Manager in June 2021.
