Damiano Ciliberto, CPA, CGMA has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Damiano began their career with Pennave Associates, Inc., where they started as a senior accountant/internal auditor and eventually became the corporate controller. After this, they worked at Keitz & Co. Limited as a manager, providing auditing, tax services, consulting, and strategic planning to a variety of clients. Damiano then joined Superior Group, Inc. as a senior internal auditor before taking on roles such as inventory systems manager at Williams & Co., group controller at Drever Companies, and manager financial reporting at TW Metals. Damiano returned to Superior Group, Inc. as the director of internal audit, V.P. of finance & CFO, and corporate controller. Following this, they worked at Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing LLC as the acting corporate controller. Currently, they hold the position of chief accounting officer at PennEngineering®. Damiano has demonstrated expertise in financial consolidation, audit management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting throughout their career.
