Oran also held positions as Assistant Retail Manager, where responsibilities included managing inventory and implementing an appraisal system, and Human Resources Administrator during a master's internship, handling administrative tasks. Oran's career in retail began as a part-time Retail Assistant while completing a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Law at University of Galway. Oran further enhanced qualifications by obtaining a Master's degree in Strategic Innovation and People Management from the same institution.
