Robert Duffy

Robert Duffy is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in manufacturing and design. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at PennEngineering® since January 2025, Duffy previously held positions as a Senior Tooling Engineer at Wisk, where responsibilities included designing mold tools and sourcing automation equipment. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Kitty Hawk, a Manufacturing Engineer at Anholt Technologies specializing in composite medical devices, and a Design Engineer at Alcore, where quality inspections were conducted to ensure customer satisfaction. Duffy also worked as an independent contractor through Elance.com, creating Excel spreadsheets and 3D models, and refurbished foreclosed homes with MLP Service Company. Duffy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
