Dean Karras

Dean Karras is an experienced business development and consulting professional with a diverse background in various roles within the gaming, hospitality, and finance industries. Currently serving as Executive Business Development at Penn National Gaming since July 2019, Karras has also been a Partner at Windy City Cafe and a Consultant at Karras & Associates since 2011. Additionally, Karras held positions such as Managing Member at 1058-1062 W Chicago LLC, Founder & President of Gelato Greco, and Business Development Manager at Delaware North. Previous roles include Territory Manager at Universal Gaming Group and Area Manager at GMS Professionals, alongside leadership positions at FirstMerit Bank and Fifth Third Bank.
