Jacquie Spratlan

Jacquie Spratlan is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at PENN Entertainment, Inc., starting in February 2025. Prior to this role, Jacquie served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Comcast Corporation Xfinity from 2011 to 2024, where responsibilities included defining global learning and talent management strategies and managing workforce readiness to enhance organizational effectiveness. Jacquie's earlier experience includes various senior HR roles at Computer Sciences Corporation and Delta-T Group, as well as a foundational career as a professional ballerina at Cincinnati Ballet. Jacquie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati.
