Ruben Warren is an accomplished gaming industry professional with extensive experience in management and finance. Currently serving as General Manager at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since October 2016, Ruben is spearheading the relocation of Hollywood Casino Joliet to a more advanced land-based facility, aiming to enhance customer experience in the region. Prior roles include significant positions such as Assistant General Manager and VP of Finance at Plainridge Park Casino, where strategies were developed to increase market share amid competitive pressures, and Director of Finance at Rising Star Casino & Resort, focusing on profitability through operational adjustments. Ruben's earlier experience encompasses various leadership roles at Cannery Casino Resorts, where initiatives were implemented to improve gaming, entertainment, and hotel operations.
