Lucha Ramey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lucha began their career as a Producer at WKYT-TV and later moved on to roles as Acting Executive Producer/Producer at WPXI-TV, Producer at WTVJ-TV, and Media Consultant at the Tennessee Valley Authority.

In 2002, Lucha worked as a NASA TV Producer at All Points Logistics, Inc., where they produced live coverage of Space Shuttle launches and other events at Kennedy Space Center. Lucha then joined UofL Health Care as Marketing/Media Relations Manager, where they served as spokesperson and generated millions of dollars in free advertising through positive news stories.

Lucha also held roles as the Media Relations Director at St. Mary's University and Director of Communications at the United States Province of Priests and Brothers, where they supported various departments in their communications needs.

Most recently, Lucha worked as the Director of Communications at the Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation, overseeing communication strategies and initiatives for the organization.

Throughout their career, Lucha has demonstrated their expertise in marketing, communications, media relations, and brand recognition.

Lucha Ramey completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English at Berea College from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Journalism at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism in 1994.
