Cynthia Gilmer

Cynthia Gilmer currently serves as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Cynthia was the Executive Director of Secondary Academics at Environmental Charter School from August 2023 to August 2024 and the Associate Director at the Educational Outreach Center at the University of Pittsburgh's Office of the Provost from April 2023 to August 2023, focusing on creating equitable pathways for youth scholars. Cynthia also held the position of Director of Secondary Curriculum at Environmental Charter Schools from August 2021 to April 2023 and worked as an Instructional Coach at Propel Schools from December 2018 to August 2021, specifically at Andrew Street High School.
