Rebecca Clarkson

Rebecca Clarkson is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Penn Line Service, Inc. since October 2017, Rebecca previously held roles at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort as a Recruiter and BNY Mellon as a Campus Recruiter. Notably, during time at Carnegie Mellon University, Rebecca coordinated nearly 50 annual recruiting events for Heinz College and led the implementation of the Handshake recruiting platform. Earlier experience includes managing human resource functions at Walmart, where Rebecca successfully developed training programs and reduced inventory loss through anti-theft initiatives, as well as internships in human resources at UPMC and as a Management Intern. Rebecca Clarkson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from PennWest California.
