Deb Stackhouse has extensive experience in the field of support for individuals with intellectual disabilities, currently serving as a Senior Residential Assistant at Penn Mar Hu since November 2007. In this role, Deb Stackhouse assists adults in achieving their fullest potential through community integration and daily living support, while also aiding in the operational management of the residence. Prior to this position, Deb Stackhouse worked as an Office Manager at Omni Graphics Microfilm & Imaging Inc from 1977 to 2007, where responsibilities included equipment operation, new employee training, and interviewing.

Penn-Mar provides services in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
