Terri Arias-Crespo

Terri Arias-Crespo, ACS, FLMI, ARA, AIRC, CCSM, currently serves as the Manager of Client Sales Support at Penn Mutual, a position held since October 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing policyholder service needs, managing call center operations, and mentoring team members.
