Cindy Todoroff

Cindy Todoroff is a retired insurance IT professional who began their career in 1980 as an Actuarial Analyst at Crum and Forster. From 1983 to 1984, they worked as a Sr. Actuarial Analyst at CIGNA. In 1984, they joined Penn National Insurance, where they held various roles including Director of IT Infrastructure and Director of Client Application Services until 2022. Additionally, they served as a board member at PLANS from 2004 to 2010.

From 1976 to 1980, Cindy Todoroff attended Lebanon Valley College where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science.
