Craig Wiley

Craig Wiley has extensive experience in IT and infrastructure systems, currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Systems Architect at Penn National Insurance since March 2004. Craig's expertise includes server installation, maintenance, and virtualization using VMWare ESX, along with managing disaster recovery tests and supporting remote operations. Prior roles include Help Desk Agent, where Craig provided support for Microsoft applications and configured systems for users, and a Music Supervisor at Borders Books, responsible for team management and inventory control. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Capella University and an Associate's degree in Computer Networking from ITT Technical Institute.
