John P. Wells has extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure management, currently serving as an Infrastructure Systems Administrator and previously as a Client Support Admin at Penn National Insurance since August 2008. Prior roles include working on the Help Desk for the PACSES project at ACS, a Xerox Company, from March 2003 to March 2007, and providing technical support at EarthLink from August 1999 to December 2002. John P. Wells holds a degree in Information Technology from Central Penn College, completed between 2005 and 2009, and has also studied at the University of Oklahoma from 1994 to 1995.
