Matthew Judge Mpa

Matthew Judge, MPA, currently serves as a Marketing Analyst at Penn National Insurance since July 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held several positions in athletic communications and public relations, including Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Swarthmore College, where responsibilities included serving as the primary media contact for multiple sports and promoting the Swarthmore brand. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Township Manager in the Township of Darby, Program Coordinator at the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, and various internships focused on public relations and communications. Matthew holds a Master of Public Administration from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from La Salle University.
