Mike Herro

Mike Herro has an extensive background in leadership and governance within the insurance and construction industries. Currently, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for Penn National Insurance, Partners Mutual Insurance Company, and JCP Construction, and holds the position of CEO at NICKAL, LLC. Prior experience includes roles on the Board of Directors for Nassco Inc. and Dielectric Manufacturing, as well as a leadership role as Chairman of Development for TEC Midwest. Mike was recognized with the Chairman's Excellence Award in 2012 and 2014. Additionally, Mike served as Director of the Council of Small Business Executives at the Metro Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce and was the CEO and Owner of Geo-Synthetics, Inc. Mike's earlier career included a role as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Milwaukee Insurance Company. An alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Economics, and Secondary Education.
