Neil French

Neil French, CPCU, AIM, CIC, SCLA, has extensive experience in claims management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Regional Claims Manager at Penn National Insurance since August 1999, Neil oversees a property and casualty claims operation across Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, and West Virginia, focusing on exceptional customer service, expense management, staff training and development, and litigation management. Prior to this role, Neil worked as a Regional Claims Supervisor for both Penn National Insurance and Shelby Insurance, managing teams of claims adjusters and enhancing claim quality and customer service in North Carolina and Virginia. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Insurance from the University of Hartford, earned between 1980 and 1984.
