The Service and Operations team at Penn Power Group - Fleet Services is responsible for overseeing and executing the comprehensive fleet maintenance and repair services offered by the company. This includes coordinating and managing the operations at the 13 service centers, deploying the 100 mobile vehicles for on-site services, and ensuring high standards in emergency roadside assistance. They also handle service management, customer interaction, and supply chain operations to maximize uptime and deliver efficient, reliable support to clients.
