Danielle Iovino

Danielle Iovino has extensive experience in human resources, holding key leadership roles at Penn State Health from November 2020 to April 2025, including Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Strategy, as well as Director of HR Strategy and Organizational Development. Prior to this, Danielle served as Human Resources Director at Lancaster Family YMCA Association and as a Human Resources Generalist at The Heart Group, where responsibilities included HRIS management, recruiting, and payroll administration. Early career experience includes administrative roles at Tait Towers, Inc., and an internship at Hersheypark Safety and Security. Danielle is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership at Elizabethtown College, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
