Esther Forrester

Esther Forrester serves as the Medical Director at Lancaster Pediatric Center within Penn State Health since September 2022. In addition, Esther Forrester is the Founder and Executive Director of ENT Youth Services, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting at-risk youth aged 13-18 years and fostering community connections with law enforcement through mentorship since May 2018. Esther Forrester's extensive experience at Howard University Hospital includes roles as Physician, Director of the Adolescent Clinic, and Clerkship Director in the Department of Pediatrics. Concurrently, Esther Forrester holds multiple positions at Howard University, such as Faculty Instructor, Director of the Student Health Center, and Co-Director of Pediatric Practice, while also contributing as a Clinical Skills Coordinator for the College of Medicine. Esther Forrester's educational background includes a degree from Meharry Medical College.
