Matthew Snyder Cissp

Matthew Snyder CISSP, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security and Privacy Officer at Penn State Health since October 2014. Previously, Matthew held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at the Texas Department of Public Safety, overseeing a $1.2 billion department with a workforce of over 10,000 employees. As the Cyber Security Program Manager for the National Nuclear Security Administration, Matthew successfully transformed the agency's Cyber Security Program. Prior experience includes roles as Information Assurance Manager at Raytheon and Information Security Program Manager in the United States Air Force, where Matthew managed security programs across multiple organizations. Matthew holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Park University.
