Host Of Wpsu's Culinary Connections at WPSU

Tamra F. has extensive experience in event management and program hosting, currently serving as the Event Manager and chairperson for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council at WPSU Penn State since May 2014. In addition to managing events, Tamra hosts WPSU's broadcast program Culinary Connections and developed the cooking program World Kitchen, which has over 20 archived episodes. Previously, Tamra coordinated various international programs at Global Connections from 2006 to 2014 and worked as a Recreation Director in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where event planning and community engagement were key responsibilities. Tamra holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Social Sciences, and an Associate of Arts in Journalism, all from Penn State University and Western Kentucky University.
