Bart Pursel

Bart Pursel serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Unizin since December 2021, following roles as Interim CEO and Chief Technology Officer. At Pennsylvania State University, Bart Pursel has held multiple academic and administrative positions since January 2000, including Affiliate Associate Research Professor in the College of Information Sciences and Technology, and Director of Teaching and Learning with Technology Innovation. Contributions include the establishment of the Center for Pedagogy in Arts and Design, and advancing the university's mission through engagement in instructional design, educational research, and transdisciplinary collaboration. Bart Pursel holds a PhD in Workplace Learning and Performance from Penn State University, as well as a master's degree in Instructional Technology and a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
