Carmen Bilén

Carmen Bilén has served as the Associate Director of Engineering Career Resources & Employer Relations at The Pennsylvania State University since December 2007, where significant contributions include developing a comprehensive office website, maintaining event websites for various career events, and managing social media content to promote career resources. Prior experience at the university includes roles as a Writer/Editor in Student Aid and as an Education Abroad Adviser, where Carmen focused on creating informational materials and transitioning content to digital platforms. Carmen holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Oakland University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Michigan.
