Erica Kastner

Erica Kastner currently serves as the Transfer Credit Coordinator at Penn State University since November 2022, where responsibilities include evaluating applicants, counseling prospective students, and managing documentation related to transfer credits. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions at Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc., including Enrollment Services Specialist III and Title I Supervisor, overseeing Career Coaches and program activities to ensure regulatory compliance. Erica's career began with roles in counseling and customer service, ranging from Substance Use Counselor at Crossroads Counseling to an Insurance Assistant at Liberty Mutual. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Lycoming College and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Psychology of Leadership at Penn State University.
