Fred Haberberger

Fred Haberberger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and information technology, currently serving as the Executive Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Information Technology at Penn State University since June 2014. Prior to this role, Fred held multiple positions at Skowhegan Savings Bank, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer, from May 2004 to June 2014. Fred's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Thomas College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Computer Applications and Information Science from PennWest Clarion.
