John Conte is a professor of cardiac surgery at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and serves as the Chief of the Division of Cardiac Surgery and Associate Director of the Heart and Vascular Institute at Penn State University. Currently, Conte is the System Chair of Cardiac Surgical Services and Vice Chair of the Geisinger Heart Institute at Geisinger Health System. They earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1986.
