Kelsey Maxin

Kelsey Maxin, MPA, currently serves as the Director of User Engagement & Training at the 2DCC and also holds the position of Research Project Manager at the Materials Research Institute, where Kelsey previously worked as an Administrative Coordinator. Additionally, Kelsey has been a volunteer with Ghana Medical Relief since July 2018. Kelsey is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Penn State University, expected to be completed in December 2025, and holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) earned between January 2021 and December 2022. Kelsey also earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.
