Philip Pishioneri

Philip Pishioneri has over three decades of experience in the technology sector, primarily in identity and access management, systems architecture, and programming. Currently employed at Penn State University since April 2003, Philip has held roles including Identity and Access Management worker, Sr. Systems Architect, and Research Programmer and Manager. Additionally, Philip has served as an Instant Replay Technician for the Big Ten Conference from September 2004 to August 2024, providing crucial support during officiating reviews at Penn State home football games. Prior experience includes positions as a Network Engineer at Cornell University and VP of Internet Services at TeleBeam, Inc. Philip began a career in technology as a Systems Developer at Cornell University and Penn State University and started as a Programmer at IBM after earning a BS in Computer Science from Penn State University in 1984.
