Rachele Brida has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operational Excellence, IT, and Communications at Penn State University since March 2007. Rachele has held multiple leadership roles within the university, including Director of Operational Excellence and IT, Operational Excellence Manager, and Senior Business Analyst, HCM Workday Lead. Prior to joining Penn State University, Rachele managed operations at The Corner Room from January 2003 to February 2007. Rachele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
